Because every single piece of jewellery is meticulously handcrafted from home by me, production times can vary. Typically, it takes 3–5 business days to create and package your piece before it is shipped out. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it's on its way!

Because every piece of jewellery, keyring, and phone charm is individually handmade to order, we are currently unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we’ll be happy to sort it out for you.

To keep your pieces looking beautiful, we recommend removing them before showering, swimming, or applying lotions and perfumes. When you aren't wearing your jewellery, store it in a dry, airtight place - like the pouch it arrived in.
